If There would be an option for zero stars I would pic one. We hired Tom aEURoeHarrisons companyaEUR? to purchase a home, after finding over 11 Items that were unsatisfactory in the property due to a detailed inspection (which I payed $425.00 out of my own pocket) we requested to cancel the contract our broker denied to give us a document to aEURoecancel our contractaEUR? and instead allowed the sellers broker to e-mail me a document to aEURoecancel the contract which stated that our earnest money $500 which we have Tom with our hands would go to Seller instead of getting back to us. She stepped away and said she could not help us and we needed to talk to Tom. I talked to Tom over the phone August 26th requesting a meeting and he said What do you want to with me? (Extremely rude like we were totally estrangers and he would have never work for us (again we gave him personally a check, we were there with our 18 mo old baby, our 6 ye old and me pregnancy of about 34 weeks and my husband, we hired his company of good faith, we trust him) To continue with subject, when I called Tom August 26th he was very mean and he denied to help us said money goes to seller (when does Is not stated in any part of our contract) he stated we would not meet with us and my husband, he aEURoecould not help usaEUR? after I insisted he said he would have to have to get brokers together and aEURoelet me knowaEUR? of when next week. Not giving us any security and totally despising us, this company has break ours trust in every way. We have run with our own expenses travel expenses to go to this city several time to bust with Harrisons and look at houses, (payed $425 our of our pocket for our own inspections and we have $500 earnest money which states in the contract that needs to come back to us if we would decide to cancel contract after inspection among other options) Mr. Harrison we ask you one more time please do meet with us and return our money, please do not just forsake and treat us you would have never met us after we went to put money on your hand with our kids for. Or own house income, we do work hard And do not deserve to be treated this way. Not client deserved to be treated the way you have treated us please meet with us before deadline, please respond to our request to meet even today to get this solve is not air you to tell us aEURoeyou wont do itaEUR? please if you have also a family get a hand in your heart and see how you would feel if you would be robed by a company you trusted on or one member of how would you feel if his would to happen to one of your family members. This feedback is my right as a customer to express publicly my concern To you and ask you one more time please to give us back our money with we trusted with. Thank you.
