Tom was exceptional. He started off right away with a zoom call, which in these days is preferred since I have such a busy schedule. He was able to sum up the expected buying process in the 30 min that I had. He then followed up with an email outlining the entire process and what my next steps were. He connected me right away with a loan officer to get the pre approval process started. He stuck with me on my ever changing parameters. I changed my desired home location multiple times as well as who would be on the loan/title with me. And even through all of thataEUR"- he was still happy to help me find the perfect home. He prepped me at every step. He would email me and follow up with a text to let me know how urgent of a matter. Which was very helpful since I was not constantly checking my personal email during work hours. He explained every document and the specific parts I need to pay closer attention to prior to signing. He made the process very seamless and not as stressful as I anticipated. Def recommend especially if youre a first time buyer!

Tom is an amazing real estate agent. He had a clear understanding of our requirements and started recommending properties based on our specifications. He used to be very prompt in responding to our queries and setting up appointments for visiting houses. There was never a delay, be it a weekend or late in the evening. He provided very good inputs on the cost of property and what we should bid for.
