TOM DANAK

Tom Danak is a Real Estate Professional with knowledge of Berks, Lancaster, Schuylkill, Montgomery, Chester and Philadelphia Counties. Tom became familiar with the real estate industry in 1982 as a loan officer for a finance company doing home equity loans. Tom obtained his real estate license in 2015 and specializes in first time home buyers, relocation clients, new construction, and investment properties. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree from LaSalle University, a Masters of Business Administration degree from Drexel University specializing in finance, and a Masters in Taxation degree from Villanova University. Tom is familiar with the mathematics and needs of real estate investors. Tom worked in the tax field for 23 years and is familiar with the tax benefits of residential, commercial and investment properties. He has also extensively used such computer programs as Excel and has experience marketing properties on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media outlets. Tom finds the real estate industry rewarding and enjoys helping buyers find the right property. He has also sold listings where the owners have all their wealth invested in their property and has unlocked it by finding the perfect buyer.
