Me and Tom went to a bunch of different showings together to finally narrow down exactly what I was looking for and then once we found a home that fit my liking Tom then used his expertise to get price down to my liking also. Closing was a different beast with all of the different documents and requirements the seller had to fulfill. It extended the process an extra two weeks but even though it got extended Tom made sure to let me know every single thing that was going on each day until we finished everything up! Even made sure we got to move in right when my lease was up at my apartment! Tom helped me make my dream come true by helping me purchase my first home and I couldnt have asked for a better realtor!
