Work with someone that is their for you always, communicates very well, is very technically oriented and connected. Someone that makes you feel like you are their best client, and is always available

Marketing and communication is key. You need an agent that has great follow up and negotiating skills, and answers their phone anytime it rings.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
In 1986 I sold a couple a home. I sold their kids homes, and now their grand children and friends . I like that they always include me in their birthdays , barbecues , weddings and more . I’m a personal le person . I enjoy people immensely
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
My family were in real estate and I thought I would enjoy it. There isn’t a day that I am not grateful for doing what I love !!

In all these years and real estate I have taking all my Commercial classes , luxury homes, relocation, seniors and more
