Tom Barseghian is a true gem and my family is so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with him. We did a contingent sale because we needed to use the proceeds from the sale of our property to pay the down payment for a new house. Tom made this happen quickly, smoothly and flawlessly. The 2 escrows closed ONE DAY apart, and as if this wasnt shocking enough, he was able to get the funds released very quickly and we did not have to pay additional mortgage on either property. Our open house weekend and our move to our new home took place in less than 2 months. We were also able to avoid mortgage insurance with only 10% down because of the lender Tom referred us to, and were able to obtain a credit from the seller because of Toms diligence, negotiation skills and drive to do what is best for his clients. Tom took the seemingly impossible, conquered it with grace and made it look easy. There is so much he did behind the scenes (only some of which I know) to make this happen. He is an amazing professional and an extremely good human being and we will forever be grateful for him.
