I'm relatively new to the industry, but I have many years of business experience that I apply to every transaction. And, for me, every transaction is just as personal to me as it is to you. I take great pride in my ability to make complex things simple, to communicate effectively and often with my clients so they known exactly what to expect. I provide a general timeline of the transaction with next steps, when various documents and funds are required, and I even provide worst case scenarios when it looks like things are not going according to plan.
