If I want to use only one word to describe Toke Ettehadieh, it would be PROFESSIONAL, in every sense of the word. She ALWAYS puts your benefits before hers. We started working with Toke in May 2013 as she is a 5-star local specialist in HAR and Zillow. She was the 3rd agent that we met. The first agent was introduced to us by a friend, and the second one was also a 5-star agent, however, we were not satisfied with either of them after we met them in person.After touring our first two or three choices with Toke, she knew exactly what type of house we were looking for (sometimes better than us) and recommended which neighborhoods to consider or not. Later in this process, we came to realize that Toke's recommendation of neighborhoods was exactly what we were looking for. Here are her most significant characteristics:(1) PATIENT and NICE: We are very fastidious and meticulous and therefore, we expected our buying experience to take more than other people, but not so much more! It took us MORE THAN 4 YEARS after we first met and started working with Toke to find the home that fitted most of our rigorous measures! We saw tens of homes in person during these years and she always happily came with us to tour the homes. We never ever felt any pressure or displeasure from Toke. In several cases she was the one that recommended us not to put an offer and suggested us to wait for a better option. (2) KNOWLEDGEABLE and EXPERT:I am the type of person that wants to research all the aspects of any given subject thoroughly before taking any action, whether it is buying a cell phone case, or buying a home! Although I was researching every question or concern that we had thoroughly on the internet, I also asked Toke a lot of questions. She is very knowledgeable and patiently replied to all our questions with detailed responses. She not only addressed my concerns, but also looked at things from all angles and brought to light ideas and information that wouldn't always be at the top of my list to think about, which lead to a more comfortable decision making process. (3) MARKET-KNOWLEDGEABLE and GREAT NEGOTIATOR:Toke is a wealth of information and very knowledgeable about the market and advised us to make very wise decisions and provided solid guidance based on the market conditions. She always explained her strategy and the reasoning behind that and in various cases recommended us not to offer or do not pay the asking price as it was overpriced (i.e., putting our benefit before hers). She is a great negotiator too and almost all her predictions during the negotiation process eventually turned out to be correct. Looking back, we can say for sure that we have always benefited from every single move that she suggested us to take. (4) SUPPORTIVE:Even after closing on our home, Toke periodically checked with us to see if there is any support she can provide and she provided help in several cases. (5) PROFESSIONAL:As for personal behavior, Toke has all the principles of professional behavior at its most, including responsibility, honesty, respect, and trust. We really enjoyed working with her and she set the bar of professional behavior very high.We had the chance and pleasure of benefiting from her knowledge, expertise, and skills and we would highly recommend Toke to anyone looking for a real estate agent in Houston, TX area.

Toke is amazing. Even though I'm sure she had several other clients to tend to and several other houses she was working on selling, she always made us seem like we were her top priority. She is incredibly personable and easy to work with. She made the negotiation process with our buyers as stress-free as possible. I cannot say enough good things about Toke. If we ever move back to the Houston area, we will definitely use Toke as our realtor.

I found Toke for my home purchase needs via other positive online reviews after having used a previous realtor who was not working out. Having worked with Toke on my home purchase and her assisting me in finding just the right home, I have no question why she has such great reviews. Toke was extremely knowledgeable about the market area. She listened to me, got to know my taste and my needs and was able to determine and locate the property type I was looking for. Toke found me exactly what I was looking for that was exact to my taste and my set price. Toke was further very responsive and on top of everything every step of the way. I do not think I could have found a better realtor to assist me in my home purchase. Toke worked tirelessly to get me what I needed and followed through every step of the way from locating just the right property in the right area, making the offer, getting through the loan process, the closing and beyond. There is no realtor I could ever find that could possibly top Toke and I am grateful for all the time and effort she put into my home search.
