He was expertly familiar with the market, and he used comprehensive statistics as well as experience to guide us regarding proper pricing, expectations, timing, and what we could do to maximize marketability. Todd went above and beyond throughout the process, including advertising our home, checking on it for us, coordinating with buyer agents, keeping us well-informed, and advising us on decisions. And, he stayed on top of everything after we had a contract, right up through closing, including follow-up afterward as well. On top of everything else, Todd is a really great person too. ZillowVERIFIEDTodd is a very knowledgeable, straight forward, friendly & easy- going agent that I wouldnt hesitate to recommend. He isnt pushy, he takes the time to explain the process & his reasoning on listing price. He didnt try to persuade me to price the house low so hed get a fast sale (as others did). He gave me a fair range, let me start at the high end, but was straight forward in telling me he felt itd probably sell nearer the middle. And in the end, he was right, but never once pressured me to lower before I was ready. When we priced it where he first suggested we had an above asking offer within 3 days!
