I didn?t know if I was ready to buy my first home, but Todd made the whole process feel more comfortable. He is incredibly knowledgeable and he routinely went out of his way to not only help educate me, teach me things, but to also help direct me on this journey. I never felt rushed or pushed in any direction I didn?t feel comfortable with. As a first time homebuyer, there is no way I could have learned a much as I did, had this great of an outcome, and feel as good as I do now without the support of Todd Tellez. I?m admittedly very hard to please but Todd far surpassed even my highest expectations. He was willing to talk and meet at odd hours with little notice and he was my biggest support in this whole process. I quickly learned I could trust his authenticity, his knowledge, and I very much valued his honest opinions (which were never forced - I trusted him so much I began to take interest in all he could share with me)! Todd is someone every buyer or seller, whether experienced or first time should want in their corner. What impressed me perhaps the most is how he?d initiate the inspector, lending team, and title company folks to explain things he knew would benefit me personally as a homeowner. I 100% recommended Todd Tellez and will without a doubt be looking him up down the road when I?m ready to buy/sell. Thank you Todd for being the best of the best.
