I had my house listed with another agent last year and it did not get many views much less legitimate offers, despite a price drop. When the listing expired I received contacts from many realtors, finally selecting Todd Schermerhorn because he was the most diligent. I was not disappointed. After listing with Todd, the house received many views and I finally received an acceptable offer without the need for a price drop. I really did not need to rely on Todd for local knowledge or negotiation and so cannot comment on his expertise in those areas, but I do know he got results for me and that's what counts.
