Todd actually helped me both buy my new home and sell my existing one. Starting with the new home, this was a Fannie Mae foreclosure property with VA financing. Todd was very upfront about what he knew and didnt know regarding Fannie Mae and the VA. I always appreciate having my expectations set correctly. For both properties he had excellent local knowledge and relationships in place with other professionals such as contractors, inspectors, and other agents. This made the process much easier. at one point during the sale of my old home, we had negotiation difficulties with the buyer. Todd was instrumental in providing me with a potential tenant contact as a Plan B.
