Ive worked with Todd a few times before and the process was always smooth. Our most recent deal was selling a home that included several complexities including facilitating the sale while I now live out of state, arranging a proceed split between two co-owners, and navigating home-improvement issues prior to sale. He never missed a beat through these obstacles. He was communicative throughout the process and offered contractor recommendations for any issue we ran into.
