First time home seller here. Todd was real helpful and made selling a real easy process. Todd was there every step of the way. He told us how to present the house, what to remove, the relevent documents the lender needed, etc. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had and posted any relevant information I needed. He was also there for the closing so I wasnt in the dark. When the closing was delayed, Todd made sure the buyers lender was doing their part. Im sure the nudged pushed the closing date earlier or it couldve been alot later. Overall, couldnt have sold my house without Todds experience. Highly recommend!

Buying a home is hard, or so Ive heard, I wouldnt know because Todd was our realtor. In all seriousness, weve had experiences with other realtors and know that Todd is unique.
