That was emotional for me, but he handled everything, including shopping for and having new light fixtures installed. His recommendation to aEUR~bring in the light was a game changer. No new paint or flooring, just better lighting that gave it a very fresh look. We owned a duplex and did an exchange to buy a new property. These were both investment properties. I was intimidated by the idea of the exchange, but it was a smooth, ordered experience. Todd handled the updating and repairs at the duplex and arranged for a fresh neutral paint at the new property. He got me top dollar for my house (quickly), and was able to get me several condos for investment properties. He was able to guide us through the laws so that wekept as much money as we could, and got the best bang for our buck. I will only use his services at the Mitchell group. I never had to stress about ANY of the processes of buying or selling. He is the best in the Fresno area.

ZillowVERIFIEDTodd is Awesome! Years ago when my wife and I started on the journey to buy a new home, we toured an Open House that Todd and his wife Linda (The Mitchell Group) were presenting. The home had really nice and modern updates throughout. We learned that they offered assistance in the update and remodel of homes as a part of their service. This was a service that our home of 17 years badly needed. Although we were not ready to sell/or buy at that time, I was left with a great impression and new that I would work with them some day when I was ready. Fast forward a couple of years and we were finally mentally and financially prepared for the move. We reached out to Todd and he lined out improvements that could be made on our home to increase the value/sale price of the home and the speed in which it could be sold.More importantly, he has a trustworthy and skilled contractor that works closely with their company to help make the changes. From the minute we said go, their team was on it. Todd made sure to make the most reasonable improvements and all were within our meager budget.The renovations were so nice almost considered staying.He continued to work with us through the overwhelming sale process - open houses, last minute showings etc. Although we started going a little crazy during the stressful process, he was always patient and positive. He really helped to keep us focused without making us feel like he was just trying to make a sell for his bottom line.In the end, we received multiple offers. The house showed great. I honestly don't think we would have been able to push through without Todd helping along. If you choose Todd, you will be in good hands. Happy house hunting!
