My wife and I have used Todd and Linda (owners of GATE 12) over the last eight years for three home sales and one home purchase. They are so good at what they do! Their business model and especially their selling strategy is uncommonly effective. We followed their advice to a T and for all three sales, we had multiple offers and were able to move the property on our timeline. This has been true over a variety of different markets and economic conditions. This might sound overly flattering, but I really can't say enough good things about GATE 12.
