I met with a couple of realtors before Chad, but I knew instantly upon our meeting that he was the one for me. He is honest and hands-on (not afraid to get down and dirty to show potential problems during a showing), and extremely hard working and diligent in his work. He was so knowledgeable about the local area and the housing worth from inside to out. He really helped to take the pressure off of me.We ended up seeing around 7 showings and I never once felt forced to make an offer. When I finally found the "one", which was slated for sale by owner, (and ended up in a huge bidding war), Chad walked me through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that I write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us.
