I knew I wanted to hire him when it was time to sell my next home. I called him and he was very responsive and set up appointments ASAP. He brought the buyer and scheduled the inspections, appraisal etc at lightning speed. Because the buyer was pre-approved we closed escrow in 30 days. I highly recommend Todd.
