We (the Sellers) no longer lived in AZ and we had to rely heavily on Todd to perform property management responsibilities (house checks, repairs, cleaning, etc) as we prepared the house for listing and then during the listing. Both Todd and his network of vendors were responsive to any issues and quick to resolve. Our listing engagement lasted over 6 months because we were not on a deadline to sell the house and could wait to find the right buyer; Todd was patient through it all. Also, Todd was our direct contact the whole time which is an important point considering there are a lot of broker "teams" out there that delegate junior people. In the end, the house sold for $20k over asking to a buyer that Todd had worked with before. We did not realize how important it was to find a broker who was willing to do all the things beyond listing appointments and are fortunate to have found Todd.
