With a diverse skill set, I am able to lend my comprehensive expertise to navigate you through all aspects of your real estate transaction. Degreed in finance with an emphasis in real estate and being the Owner Broker of Aloha Financial, I bring 15 years in the mortgage business to the real estate side of the transaction. Additionally, I have been investing in real estate for 25 years which yields a comprehensive knowledge base of the over all real estate industry. During the Great Recession, I sat as the VP and Broker for United Short Sale Group, helping homeowners avoid foreclosure. My wife is the Sales Director for Turnkey Vacation Rentals and her team is very successful at managing over 400 homes around the Lake and Truckee, so I'm proficient in the short-term rental business.
