Debbie Beals helped me find the perfect house and guided me through the process every step of the way, making sure everything was completed satisfactorily and on time. Knowing I was a first-time buyer, she made sure I knew what types of things to look out for and what to expect. Either she or Todd were there whenever I needed them to answer questions or to arrange for access to the house. Together they were able to answer all my questions, recommend inspectors, and assist with scheduling and meetings. Debbie was a delight to work with and I soon thought of her as a friend more than a realtor, although shes great in both roles! Cant recommend her highly enough. She and Todd make an unbeatable team.

Todd and Debbie were absolutely fantastic to work with throughout the entire sale of our home. Todd & Deb are true professionals when it comes to not only Listing your home, but THEY GET THE JOB DONE by SELLING YOUR HOME!! We had our home listed for over 7 mo with another Realty company with very little results. Within weeks after listing or home with Todd & Deb , our home had multiple interested parties and a signed offer. We had a number of small delays due to Corona-19 along with some other issues, but Todd & Deb were always there to handle any delays that would arise prior to closing, they are good and honest people to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone either selling or buying a home.

Todd and Debbie go above and beyond to help sell your home. They helped us sell two homes, and they went out of their way to spend personal time in helping us with renovations and repairs, as well as staging the homes with their own furniture. They truly work to sell your homes, not just sit around and wait for the phone to ring after putting your home on the MLS. Their professionalism and care for the homeowner was very refreshing and a pleasure to work with.

After getting stationed in Jacksonville back in 2015 and a year of renting a townhouse, I had decided it was time to start looking into the home buying process and talking with a realtor. I had talked with several colleagues who owned for recommendations of who they used for their home buying experience. After several names provided to me, my co-worker had told me about his experience upon arrival to Jax. He was paired up with Todd and upon his first day out looking at houses he found one he fell in love with. They put an offer down and before I knew it he was already closing and moving in. Based on his high recommendation, I had decided to give Todd a call to help me with my first time home buying experience. Upon initial contact, he asked several questions to get a feel for what I liked, what my desires in a home were, and what my style was. Combining all this information, he was able to always have a great list of houses to show that were appealing to me every time we met. Little did I know, I would probably become Todd & Debbies worst client to date as I had quite the first time homebuyers experience. I had a lot of time off from work for a couple of months which made looking at homes very convenient. Todd met with me a couple days a week for almost 4 months throughout this process, somedays we looked at about 8 properties stretched out all over Jacksonville. At the end of the day, I would usually go back home to find myself on Zillow searching for more MLS listings for the next day of property searching. Before I knew it, Todd had gone straight home, logged into his system and sent me several new properties to take a look at. As I came across the house I am in today, it had to have been well over the 60th property we had looked at. Todd & Debbie were absolutely phenomenal throughout this entire process. They both make an amazing realtor team that will always work and go the extra mile for you, their client. They made sure to always keep me in the loop of what was going on, and stayed on top of being in contact with the other realtor and making sure the paperwork was moving. I do not have a spouse and work had picked up around the time we were trying to close on my house. I needed to have a home inspection done and did not have any friends available to be present for the inspector while I was working. Todd graciously took time out of his work schedule to be here for me. Debbie was absolutely amazing throughout the closing process and helping me handle all the paperwork. There is a lot more things I am missing to describe about these two, but Ill close my review with this. Jax is a large city, the housing market is exponentially growing, and the list of realtors to choose from is forever long. If you come across Todd & Debbie Beals I would without a doubt recommend them for anything after the experience I had buying a home. I will eventually move for my shore tour and was planning to rent out my house in which I was happy to hear Debbie handles property management for their clients. I may end up selling when I leave Jax, but I know I will be using them in the future regardless as they stuck with me like family throughout my long search for the perfect home.
