About Toby Migliacci Lauterbach

I was raised in the Bronx, New York, after my family emigrated to the United States from Germany. After I was married I lived in Long Beach, New York for several years. I fell in love with living in a beach community. In 2006 I moved to Southwest Florida. I was drawn to the area because of the Gulf Coast, sunshine and beautiful weather all year long. I enjoy fishing, boating and just sun tanning on the beach. I had been a Legal Assistant for 9 1/2 years, and love working and interacting with people, and finally decided to make a career change and became a Realtor. I deal primarily with residential sales, relocations and short sales. Whether you are buying or selling, my goal is to help my clients find their slice of Paradise! I service all of Lee County, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Englewood, and more!

We gave Toby our criteria for houses, and she quickly provided us with several options. Toby answered all our texts and phone calls in a very timely fashion. She also was very honest with us regarding the high demand, and the need to make an offer as quickly as possible, or the house may sell if we wait.
