J helped me buy my very first home. Given how competitive the market is, J knew the area well enough to know how to negotiate with the seller. If it were not for him and his wealth of negotiating skill I would have not been able to close. An important aspect of negotiating was being quick, J was able to set up a private tour of the listing, I was the very fist potential buyer to se the listing. Within tow hours of our tour he drafted an offer letter. Even on weekends his responsive time was less than 2 hours. This give me an edge to close on the listing fast. If you are a first time home buyer in a competitive market, I would highly recommend his services.

Bogdan was extremely useful throughout the process! He was patient while looking at different properties, and gave me estimates of potential works needed in different properties. When I was away on holiday, he did a video viewing of a property - which, I eventually bought. He helped me during the negotiations by ensuring I would be able to get an inspector. He had to work late on a Friday to do this and was always super responsive! He suggested inspectors, insurers, and title companies. When I went with his suggestions, I always found his collaborators to be professional. It genuinely seemed like he had my best interest throughout the process.
