My wife and I greatly enjoyed working with Toby. Throughout our entire home buying process, he was extremely professional and courteous. We were impressed by his responsiveness (over text or calls) and availability. He was honest and not pushy. If he does not know the answer, he will say he does not know and will not make up an answer. However, he will get back to you with an answer or offer his unbiased opinion. He showed us numerous houses, as initially, we were not sure what type of home we actually wanted to buy. Given that we were first time home buyers, we had TONS of questions and Toby answered them very patiently. Finally, he made sure the closing process was as smooth as possible. I am a very demanding customer and Toby was able to find me a home, he showed me at least ten dozen listings and never ran out of patience, he was able to get my home for 330k even though someone else had made an offer for 350k because he convinced the seller that my financing was better and less risk! The zestimate on my home and city appraisal are in the 400's now having Toby find me another house, highly recommended. he knows all the markets Hampton Newport news glouster Williamsburg and also the remote areas like hayes
