Working with the Martin Team was such a great experience. We started working with Marcie almost 2 years ago. The market has been so crazy and the pandemic limited options for viewing properties. Marcie worked with us to do both in-person and virtual showings and really got to know us and what we were looking for in a new home. We finally found a house that had everything we wanted. It was an older home and TJ provided his insight and experience with renovating properties so that we were aware of the work ahead and comfortable making an offer. When our offer was accepted, Marcie lead us through the purchasing process, provided updates, and made sure we knew what was needed from us and when. It was a seamless process and we are so happy in our new home!
