3) What types of clients have you worked with?
We've worked with people selling the last home they'll ever own, who are moving into assisted living or senior housing...We've helped plenty of first time home buyers...Probably the most enjoyment comes from helping people sell their existing home, in order to help them move up or move down into their next one. Helping people break something complex, like buying and selling at the same time into bite sized pieces. This is where we THRIVE.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Recently we helped a couple move from their first home and buy a move up home for their growing family. They got thousands more for the home they sold than they thought they would, we sold in one weekend. When they bought their home, the house appraised for $10,000 more than they paid. It was a HUGE win for them.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in the industry back in 2006, working in the mortgage sector. I've always been fond of Real Estate so it was a natural progression for me to start my Real Estate Business.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have 3 designations that I worked hard to obtain. We've been trained and certified in a Smart Home Selling System and a similar program for helping buyers. The ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) Designation from NAR, and from NAEA I have the CHBA (Certified Home Buying Adviser) and CHSA (Certified Home Selling Adviser)
