AMAZING! We bought our first home from my mom (Tina), and absolutely loved the experience. It was a busy time around Christmas, but she stayed in contact with our mortgage lender to help us meet our move-in deadline. She also travels outside of Columbus to show/sell/buy homes. Tina is THE BEST realtor in town.
