When my husband and I were looking to relocate from NY to FL Tina Silva was or agent. Tina listened carefully to our list of wishe for fulfilling our dream home. While we were still in NY, Tina spoke with us weekly on the phone and almost daily through emails reviewing potential real estate. Once we were finally able to travel to FL, we found Tina to be just as professional and detail orientated in person. Tina, went above and beyond to help me find a water front home. She never gave up looking for me even taking months of searching. She also sold my house in just a couple of weeks with open house making other agents aware of sale. When Tina sold my house she alone made everything possible happen. You see the buyers agent was out of the country and never left anyone in charge to handle the sale to represent the buyer. Tina handled all of the responsibilities of the buyers agent.
