Tina far exceeded my expectations. She offered up knowledge on things I hadn't even thought of. She took the time to explain what has to happen and why and where we were in the process and what to expect next. She really put my mind at ease during a particularly stressful time. Tina has proven herself to be dedicated to her buyers and sellers. She takes the time to get to know the uniqueness of each party and tries to exceed expectations. She had multiple suggestions on how to handle various topics and was fair with referrals to various resources. She was extremely patient with me during this entire stressful process and was always available, even for the smallest questions and reassurances. She darn near worked miracles to meet a tight time frame also, and coordinated all the moving pieces to make me feel at ease. And she took the time to come to closing to ensure there were no final issues. She saw this process through from start to finish, and was all about what was best for both parties involved. She worked tirelessly scheduling things, and coordinating processes to make this work. I would, and have recommended Tina to my friends, neighbors and business colleagues.
