About Tina Griffin

Buying or selling homes in today's market can be tricky business unless you're represented by a professional with years of experience in selling homes. As a Realtor-Broker, I have experienced most kinds of challenges in selling and closing homes. Education and experience makes the difference in a successful sale and I have been closing homes full-time for over 28 years. In 2006 I relocated to Southern Utah and opened American Realty of Southern Utah as the Principal Broker. My primary focus has been Golf Course communities and Fine Homes through out the community. For the client that wants to build their Dream Home I also specialize in lot acquisitions and new home sales. I love working with first time home buyers and helping their dreams come true! I pay special attention to the fine details of my client's desires and assist them in achieving what they want. Part of the process includes educating my clients on the current market in Southern Utah. I take pride in giving excellent service and personal care to all the clients I have the pleasure of working with. Tina is responsive, personable and professional. She helped me with not one but two transactions at the same time. She is just so good at her job. We are so happy to be in this home!!
