About Tina Goettelman

I am a people person that enjoys working with you to find that perfect fit in a home. It could be the 1st home we go into or the 20th house we go into. My goal is to make sure you know it is the home you want once you walk into it. One of my favorite parts of my job is when I know that we have found my buyer their new home. I take pride in knowing that my buyers will be happy for many years to come! I am honest, trustworthy, and committed to being the best real estate agent with always keeping my clients best interests in mind. I am very customer service driven. I have earned the Presidential and the Leadership Circle Real Estate Sales Awards for the last 9 years for having a high level of home sales. I have also been awarded MVP of our sales office by my office colleagues. Through my years of experience I have learned that every client has their own idea of what home ownership means to them: for some they are the first person in their entire family to own a home, for others they like flipping homes, some enjoy being landlords, and for others they want a wonderful home to raise their family in. Each home sale is unique in its own way and that is a good thing. Whether you're selling your home or ready to purchase your new home I will be there through the entire experience to ensure it is a pleasant one. If you are thinking of selling I will be there to give you an accurate market analysis, market your home, answer any questions you may have, and walk you step by step through until we are finished at the closing table. WOW! AWESOME! Tina did an amazing job working with us. Being first time home buyers and not having a clue where to start, she sat down with us and went through the whole home buying process and explained and answered all of our questions. She showed us a few homes and ended up finding us our FIRST home! During the home buying process, Tina always made sure to stay in contact with us and let us know what was going on. Even after it was all said and done, we were able to still call her with some questions we had and she was more than happy to help us. She made home buying a breeze and if we ever choose to sell and buy again, we will definitely be contacting her!
