Without Tina's experience, and advice we would have never gotten our beautiful home!!! It was a foreclosure, and was already under contract. I just felt like it was our future home, and Tina help make that possible!!! We put in a back up offer on it, as Tina suggested, and sure enough, our offer was accepted.
