With Duane I can honestly say that the entire process was a breeze, and dare I say - fun! The home we purchased is in Fort Ann, NY which is Duanes hometown so he was really knowledgeable about the area and had an incredible network of people to recommend to us in terms of lenders, inspectors, and attorneys. Duane made the whole process SO painless and never ever made us feel pressured. He actually even recommended we walk away from an offer because it was higher than we were comfortable...he was truly so aEURoeon our sideaEUR?, it was a great feeling. We could tell every step of the way that he genuinely had our best interest in mind, and we feel like we even made a good friend in Duane as well. I seriously can not recommend Duane enough. Also, he has contacts for everything you could need. I was a first time home buyer and he made it so incredibly easy and stress free. 10000 out of 10. Dont look anywhere else.
