What a very pleasant surprise to run into Tina quite by accident and find a realtor with integrity, honesty, and moral fortitude to speak the truth. There has been no pressure or the "better hurry up or this house will be gone" or the "there are other offers coming in so better make an offer" nonsense we were used to. She will make every effort to make sure the home is what really want and what works for you or she feels she didnt do her job correctly. Hard to find such commitment and boy were we lucky! She never gave up on us and it was over 3 months of looking.I highly recommend making every effort to work Tina Clay, you won't be disappointed!

At our appt she was on time, prepared, focused and professional. Tina worked very hard in setting up viewings for homes I wanted to see plus added several from her inventory that she thought might be of interest. Since I was househunting out of state and did not have unlimited time to see what was available, Tina made sure I had a jam-packed day to see everything I wanted to.I must also give her KUDOS for another skill one would think is common among realtors, but I have found NOT so much - FOLLOW UP!! She was very knowledgeable not only in the listing but she helped to stage our home in order for it to sell. She took all the pictures and placed them on the website to walk someone through the home as if they were visiting for the first time. She was creative and worked on the listing in a very unique way. I would highly recommend Tina and know that she will work hard to sell your home or property.
