He and Julie Staley, one of his colleagues explained the firm's use of cutting edge social media techniques to get the house out on the market. From our perspective -- their methods worked, as there were easily 15 showings in the first week of listing. As we went through the emotional roller coaster of offers, contracts and terminations, we still successfully sold to one of the 7 original offers and we were able to get the house sale closed in about a month. My wife and I had been looking for houses for a very long time. One weekend we ended up at an "Open House" that Tim was hosting. We had a very pleasant conversation and learned a lot from Tim about the home buying process after we looked at the house. Tim helped me puchase my first rental property as a miltary veteran and yes you can use a VA Loan for it. He's very attentive and is always available for guidance if you are skeptical for your first home purchase. Also Tim is always prepared and resourceful in making sure you are getting proper vallue for your home, he's worked long hours for me especially making sure documents are submitted on time and helping me through the loan approval process because I had a bad credit score in the low 600s. My consumer experience with him is extremely high, I'd give him 6 stars if possible, he has worked long and arduous hours making sure my deal went through and set me up for success in the long term. I am looking forward to working with him again as a investor and homeowner/buyer. 11/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any military sevice member!
