Since we were out of state sellers, I really do not believe we would have been able to finalize the sale on this particular property without his expert advice. He "babysat" us through the entire process and was always available for questions and concerns. I don't think you will find someone more personable to work with in the Bay St. Louis area.

ZillowVERIFIEDVery simple . With his company I saw a listing which turned out to be a owner only listing. But I will say that Mr Walter answered many of my questions easily and forthrightly . I do not live in the USA and therefore when ever contacting (even being American) any real estate agent they are given a red flag and normally do not deal with foreign interests. But Mr Walter answered right away and sent along many in depth studies on the area and the local and gave me the contact for the owner etc. Although I didn't purchase that lot for sale I appreciated the information greatly from mr Walters.
