About Timothy Siciliano

I earned my Real Estate license in 1983 and in 1986 earned my Broker's license. By 1993 I became the Broker/Owner of Gavin Agency. I have also been very active in the Monmouth County Association of Realtor's Board of Directors. Having been on the board since 1998 I am currently the First Vice President. The past 8 years I have been awarded the Circle of Excellence Award. When not serving the community as a realtor I am acting as the Township of Ocean Reacreation Coordinator/Coach for Wrestling, something I've enjoyed doing since 1994. My Client-First Philosophy There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a Jersey Shore real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. I have known and worked with Tim for many years. We purchased our first home with his help in 2002 and then four years later he helped us sell and upgrade to a new home in late 2006. He was very responsive and attentive and answered all questions. His experience was even of help with navigating mortgage information. One of the most knowledgeable realtors in the Monmouth area. He listened to what we were looking for and was able top pinpoint the homes that would fit our needs. He also was extremely valuable in the negotiations and getting us the right price for our new home.We also used him to rent our other property as we were having trouble finding renters on our own. Purchased a home with the help of Tim in West Allenhurst in 2013. Prior to Tim, we really dealt with a lot of shady agents and were questiong what value they even bring to the process.Tim knows just about everyone in the area which we found to be indispensable when shopping neighborhoods.
