Upon meeting Timothy for the first time, I found him to be very easy to talk to and also found him to be very honest and upfront about selling our home. He provided us good advice and we sold our house in one day!

Being first time home buyers, we were very nervous about making a purchase. Tim walked us through everything step-by-step and always was available to answer any questions. He never left us with any uncertainties throughout the entire process. After speaking with him, he knew exactly what we wanted in a home. His goal was to make sure we found our perfect home and that we were satisfied with our purchase. He did extensive research to make sure that our offer was competitive for the home we were interested in and that we weren't paying too much by running comparison sales in the same neighborhood. Tim is a very honest, upfront individual who wants the best for his clients and will go above and beyond to make sure they are happy with their investment of a home. He has been the best realtor we have ever worked with and would recommend him to any of our friends/family members who are looking for a home in the area.

Tim was amazing. He listened to all my wants and needs and found me the perfect house. The idea of house hunting from another state was very stressful. Tim made the process easy and kept me up to date throughout the entire time. I felt heard and that he cared about me and my family's happiness. He negotiated with the builder/realtor and was able to get me everything I wanted and more. I will definitely use him again when the time comes and all my friends know who my #1 realtor is!
