After researching the internet and reading over a few of Tims reviews, I decided to reach out to him and I got a good feeling about him after we talked on the phone. Due to my situation, I had 3 days to fly in town and find a place and Tim blocked off those days (one of which was his birthday) specifically to help me out. After we found a spot that I liked, he immediately got the ball rolling.When it comes down to it, Tim exceedingly met the 4 qualities that I was looking for in a realtor: 1) Communication, 2) Competency, 3) Connection, 4) Commitment.Communication: Tim was a straight shooter and spelled everything out. When I asked for his opinion, he gave me the truth whether it was what I wanted to hear or not. He was detailed and walked me through everything I needed to know.Competency: Tim is a learner and he knows his craft. I definitely got the vibe from him that hes not going to get caught not knowing something more than once.Connection: Tim did a really good job of validating my concerns and looking into solutions.
