Your first home purchase is a very important milestone and is not inherently as easy as buying a car. I was very fortunate to meet Tim at an open house and was lucky enough to have him be willing to help me as my agent through my first home buying experience. I had a ton of questions throughout the process, and Tims knowledgebase, communication, and dedication was unbeatable. There was once an eight day stretch where I talked with him every day, and he was extremely energetic and positive every time we talked. He is very knowledgeable of the area, the market, and any red flags to look for while looking at house. I genuinely cannot recommend Tim (and team) enough! I would not hesitate to call Tim again, but I will not need to for a while since he helped me get such a nice house.
