ZillowVERIFIEDI could not have made a better choice for selling my mother's home. My mother had lived in the house for about 65 years. I live quite a distance from the residence and a lot of jobs were placed on the Kazmierski Team. They never once failed in helping in all the details of preparing the home for sale. They were always on top of things, and kept the lines of communication open at all times--and promptly. From the beginning until the closing the Kazmierski Team was A+. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!

He helped me with things that are not even part of his job as realtor! He has the resources, knowledge and recommendations for EVERYTHING you need for buying or selling your house! If you are looking for a good realtor based on reviews you can pick a big name company, who is trying to make a quick buck off of just another client(you) OR you can choose Tim who ACTUALLY cares about your needs, works with you personally and takes his time to explain the process, so you are happy with your experience and the purchase! In fact, the first house i was looking at Tim told me not to buy, that by itself shows something about realtor! Weeks later he won bid on a house with 19 offers! After my first experience with them i would never choose another realtor! Thank you Tim and Darlene, you totally exceeded my expectations!

Tim made himself available and went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing my house. I would highly recommend him to everyone. His past experience has allowed him to developed a vast knowledge in this field which is beneficial to those who he assist with purchasing and/or selling a home. He will exceed your expectations!!! I would recommend him 1,000 time over to everyone. He was patient with me since this was the my first experience with purchasing a home and obtaining a loan.
