We started out just wanting to look at a few houses to what was out there, but found one we really liked the first day. We told Tim that we wanted to aggressively pursue the purchase of that house before someone else beat us to it. He helped us get an offer in right away and handled our short negotiation with the owners and we had a purchase agreement done within a week of seeing the property. He then helped to orchestrate everything that had to be done to get us signing the papers in 30 days. He did a wonderful job for us and made us feel very important.

I called to see if I could look at a home and was told I would need to drive to litchfield to meet him and I drove from Willmar mn there was road construction once I arrived to tins office hE was not there I talked to some one named al and we spoke for awhile he told me that Tim was on his way well I waited there two hours when finally Tim showed up and then he was busy on the phone or assisted two other people that showed up in his office as they had some work for him anyhow I was told he would not be able to show me the place that day and that we could see it the following Tuesday at 3 pm I showed up to the house and waited fifteen minutes before I called tim and he then made excuses about not being there and said he would call me back on Wednesday or Thursday to set up a time to look at the house well I called Thursday as he did not show on Tuesday nor call on Wednesday I call early Thursday morning and he told me he would call me back that he was in a meeting well I waited and he did not call me back until 2 pm which I was frustrated already with him he stated he could not get me into see the house until Friday as Thursday they had too many showings so I scheduled to see the house at 9 am Friday morning well needless to say after I got off the phone I called the realtor that listed the home and was able to set up a viewing of the house that Thursday at 5 pm and did so the. After that I texted Tim and told him I no longer wish to do business with him and expressed to him that his service was poor and he should show up or at least tell the person the truth in regards to showing a place I had asked the realtor that evening if there were other showings this day and they stated there was only me and one in the morning that Friday and I then told them that was me that was scheduled to see the house so I would never recommend Tim to sell nor show me another home I could not trust someone that lies and does not treat me as a customer I thought this process of purchasing your first home was suppose to be a good experience mine turned out to be the most stressful and disappointing experience I have ever gone through once I got the right agent and the right bank my experience improved and I am currently a proud home owner now
