To say that working with Josh was stress free would almost be an understatement. Honestly it was such a pleasure to have been introduced to a fantastic realtor like him by a good friend of mine who also thought very highly of him. Even though this is not our first home purchase, I still has many questions. He took the time to explain everything, and made sure all our bases are covered during negotiations and contract. He really got the most out of it for us. I love that he was honest about everything, and told me when I was looking at something worth my while, or something that he believed was not good for us. I matter if he would have earned more, he always had our best interest in mind. Also never tried to sell us anything out of our budget, or tried to convince us we could afford it, and just cut corners elsewhere. He 100% stuck to why we asked for. I would refer him (and did) to my best friend to buy a home, and trust him blindly 100% with everything!
