Tim sold us our fourth home. In the past realtors have not been honest with us. Tim's greatest strength is helping buyers see the real picture, while still respecting the emotions that come with home buying. The reality is, most people don't know as much as they think they know, especially when it comes to home buying. Tim saved us thousands of dollars during the process. Also, Tim made sure to connect us to our new neighbors, and he checked in with us daily throughout the process. The best part is, Tim allowed us to search for our home for two years and never pressured us once. He drove all over two counties and showed us around 50 homes over the past two years. We were not easy buyers, but Tim made us feel like we were.

Tim was excellent during the process explaining everything that was to happen to myself and my wife. We used a VA home loan and when the time line seemed to be longer than normal Tim reassured us that it wasn't and that the VA loans are more extensive then a conventional loan.

Tim listed our home and helped us purchase our new home. He had a couple of open houses to secure a buyer and worked with the other realtor to complete the deal.
