Tim is a licensed Associate Broker and a top-producing Real Estate Agent in Cortland County. Each year Tim has been selling Real Estate he has achieved the Golden Circle Award, listing and/or selling over $1 million of real estate. He relies on experience from many fields, including radon testing and mitigation training, performance of home inspections, building new homes, NYS Building Codes Certification, EPA Lead Based Paint Risk Assessor certification, and holds Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Elementary Education.
