After thousands of dollars in repairs, we still walked away with what we needed for the next season of our life, and the sweet family who purchased our house received a much better version than what we purchased 4 years ago. I loved how Tim and Julie were there every step of the way through this crazy market. We had to call and text them almost constantly requesting showings and writing offers and they were always there to help at any time of day or night. They really treat their clients like family because they give you advice and tell you the truth just like they would do for a member of their family.
