Tim was amazing to work with. His knowledge, positive energy, and patience made the home shopping and buying process much more enjoyable and less stressful that it could have been. As first-time homebuyers, we appreciated that he took the time to walk us through the homebuying process and a detailed explanation of an offer. When we viewed houses with him, he paid attention to and explained important details like roof types, window ages, water heaters, and so forth. He also made a point of listening and asking question to help us spend our limited time looking at houses that would actually meet our requirements and hopes.We cannot recommend Tim strongly enough. His hands-on, personal attention from our first conversation through the house closing (and even beyond) was more than we ever expected from realtor. Theres not enough space to describe how happy my wife and I have been in our decision to work with Gary in purchasing our first single-family home. Simply put, Gary takes the time out of the day to ensure that, at every point in the home buying process, you as the buyer are well informed, well educated, and that the overall experience is tailored to your needs. During this process, my wife and I were taking care of a newborn, living in a temporary rental, and both balancing working from home. Gary was extremely flexible and worked around both of our schedules with late evening Zoom calls to discuss bidding strategies and locations of interest. When new homes popped up, Gary coordinated tours with listing agents at the drop of a dime. And as we toured these properties, Gary always had a flashlight at the ready to help us evaluate the condition of a given home.
