Tim was fantastic from day one! My wife and I were not in a hurry to buy but wanted to be ready to buy if we found the right place. I reached out to Tim and communicated our wants and desires in a new home. He immediately went to work creating the right profile filter to eliminate homes we were not interested in. Tim was very proactive and attentive to what we liked and disliked in the homes that he showed us. He used all of this information to refine the search process till we were only looking at homes that we were really interested in. We finally settled on a new build home and that's when Tim really started to shine. It's not easy negotiating with a home builder, but Tim was able to get all of the upgrades we wanted without the price skyrocketing. Likewise, Tim stayed on top of the builder to ensure they clearly communicated every phase of the build. He also connected us to a great home inspection company that performed a pre-drywall and post build inspections at a great rate. Tim and his team were always available, answered every question we had, and was very polite and professional. I will recommend Tim and his team over and over again! Fantastic Job, Tim!
