About Tim Myers

I was born and raised in Erie, PA until attending college at Miami University of Ohio in 2010. After graduating I commissioned as an Active Duty Officer in the US Army and was stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado in 2015. I departed the Army in 2019 as a Captain after five years of service with one combat deployment to Afghanistan. My family and I have always loved Pittsburgh and were excited to start a new chapter here in 2019. I look forward to the opportunity to earn your business and apply the strong work ethic I learned through nine years of training in leadership skills. I don?t even know where to start. I met Tim through Zillow. Throughout my entire home buying experience he was extremely easy to contact. He replied very quick and answered any questions I had. And if he didn?t have the answer he was able to get it in the blink of an eye. Tim is extremely down to earth and is ready to fight tooth and nail to get you the house you want. Tim was an exceptional advocate for us throughout the buying process, and he was an understanding, reliable confident. He was accessible, honest, genuinely interested in our taste in homes, a pleasure to work with, and an all-around great guy. This was my second time working with the EXP Realty team for a home purchase, and throughout the entirety of the process, I knew wed made the right decision. For example, the market is incredibly favorable for sellers at the time of writing, and before our scheduled appointment, we heard another broker with an earlier appointment raving about the move-in state of a property. After walking the location, the EXP team noted foundation issues that would have cost our entire renovation budget to address! Tim had our best interests, our backs, and we cant wait to start a life in the home Tim helped us purchase.
