Tim also enjoys going to the Iowa Cubs games in the summer months and appreciates the harvest time around Iowa for the scenery no other state can provide.

To say Tim did an amazing job is an understatement. His knowledge of real estate is at the highest level. He made the process for first time home owners as painless as can be and whether you are a rookie or veteran buying a home you should go no further in hiring Tim as your real estate agent. What sets him apart is his brute honesty. Whether you like it or not he will point blank tell you whether he thinks the home is good for you and your investment which is unheard of. He knows what you are you looking for and will make sure you get the keys to that home and will not settle for less. Tim and his wife did an outstanding job at assisting us in the home buying process. They worked with our special circumstances with me getting out of the military and transitioning into civilian life and employment and were able to find us a house that my wife and I loved. Additionally, him and his wife helped us through the inspections and gave us assistance in things that went beyond the actual home buying process, like providing us an essentials list of things to buy once we get into our home and lawn care techniques, along with providing references for additional work we wanted done for the house. I would definitely recommend Tim for anyone in search of a realtor in the Des Moines area.

Tim is one of the of the greatest realtors that I have had the pleasure of working with. He was great with communication, knowledge, and friendliness. He would do anything we asked and would always try to reassure us when we were feeling insecure. He treated us like someone he has known for years and I would highly recommend using him if youre unsure of how to make a deal work. He also has great knowledge of how VA loans work as well.
