Very quick process, led me in the right direction. Especially since I am a first time home buyer. Took a lot of the stress out of home buying. we worked together for 2-3 months. In that time very quickly he gave me the tools to look at houses and he took a step back and let me drive until he needed to do his thing. Very respectful guy who knows the Ins and Outs of the Des Moines housing market.

To say Tim did an amazing job is an understatement. His knowledge of real estate is at the highest level. He made the process for first time home owners as painless as can be and whether you are a rookie or veteran buying a home you should go no further in hiring Tim as your real estate agent.
