I chose Tim Lester International Realty because I n Knew they were familiar with the area that I was interested in and they lived up to my expectations. I met with Mike Smoljanovich and he went right to work finding properties that fit my criteria. He was very efficient at setting up showings so that we could see several homes in a short amount of time, which I like, but never felt rushed and he was always on time. We found a buyer for my house and made an offer on a home that I liked and closed on both on the same day,same time and at the same location. It could not have been any easier. Mike Smoljanovich went above and beyond to help us find a beautiful home in West Bradenton. As I live in coastal NC, we emailed for months and were finally able to tour homes when my husband neared retirement. Although hubby delayed retiring, Mike kept communication open and Facetime toured our new home for us.
