Whenever we had a question (or a hundred) he was there to provide an immediate response. Even after we sold the house and moved across the country, Tim mailed a package to me that was accidentally delivered to our old address. No doubt he is the best in Austin! Wish we could have cloned him in California!

Tim showed us homes and areas that fit our preferences perfectly and patiently adjusted and advised us when we realized we actually werent quite sure what we wanted. It was a long process, and we were so fortunate to have Tim by our side. It helps that hes a great conversationalist, is honest, has integrity and is probably one of the nicest guys youll ever meet. We eventually found a beautiful home that we could not have found without him. Two years later, when we had to leave Austin (very sad), Tim listed our home. It sold quickly and the process was seamless. We miss our home (and Tim) very much. We highly recommend him; hes amazing at his job.
