ZillowVERIFIEDTheres a reason why Tim has been voted one of Yuba-Sutters top realtors. We bought a house back in 2018 in Yuba City and didnt have a great experience with that realtor we used. We were referred to Tim back in April of this year to sell our house in May due to an upcoming PCS move out of the country. Being first time sellers, we were absolutely clueless on how this process works. Tim walked us through the process so we could understand what the market was like, what others houses around us were selling for, etc. He explained it so well that it was very easy to understand what happens when selling a house. We were able to get our house up on the market, make a profit from when we bought in 2018 and have everything signed prior to leaving the state for our move. The process was so easy and Tim made the selling process enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable with all aspects of realty, but definitely has a soft spot for helping military families move to and from California. It was so nice to be able to connect with Tim to sell our house and we would totally recommend him to others! Thanks again, Tim. He immediately reached out to me and scheduled a meeting. At that meeting he went over all similar properties, and presented a lot of useful information on his lap top. He answered all of my questions. He spent a couple of hours at my home doing this. He listed my house, and we were in contract within 3 days. The process went very smoothly. Tim communicated with the Buyers agent so that I didnt have to. Tim also attended the Appraisal of my home. Tim was very attentive, professional yet very personable.
